Soft Jaw Boring Ring is used to Bore / Turn Soft Jaws on Power Chuck or Manual Lathe Chucks. This replaces the traditional method people use for Boring Soft Jaws using a setup pieces they find on their shopfloor. Jaw Boring Ring save time looking for these pieces and apply pressure equally to all Jaws. They are quick to install.

How to use Jaw Boring Ring

• Set the Jaws on the Chuck to the required size and position.

• Insert the Boring Ring pins in any counter bore of Jaw and adjust the Jaw boring ring to fit in.

• Clamp the Chuck for OD (Outside Diameter) Clamping / ID (Inside Diameter) Clamping

• Bore / OD turn to suite component OD / ID

• Declamp the Chuck and remove the Jaw Boring Ring

• Clamp the Component on OD / ID
